Reading Resources for CFO Campers & Others

(Unfamiliar with CFO? Visit the North American CFO website.)

Also, visit THE CFO CLASSICS LIBRARY to hear or download
MP3 files of talks from earlier CFO speakers.)
  1. CLICK HERE to see a PDF file listing some available e-books and shorter e-booklets by Glenn Clark and by a few past CFO leaders. These can be downloaded from a shared drive folder at the link provided.

  2. CLICK HERE for a list of authors whose books were on CFO booktables in past years. You can borrow them for free after signing up at OPEN LIBRARY. The online Open Library reader can also read the books out loud to you, or you can download them to an Adobe Digital Additions app for reading off-line during the borrowing period.

  3. construction-lazy (6K)CLICK HERE for a huge Open Library list of Christian authors with divergent beliefs (Protestant, Roman Catholic, Orthodox, etc.), some highly conservative, some very liberal. This ISN'T a suggested reading list, but a tool to help academic researchers and average readers quickly locate Christian authors they want to read. A writer's subject matter is identified by a very limited colored-LETTER coding system. This file is ongoingly in progress. (If the e-book you're looking for isn't in Open Library, see below to try a public library.)

  4. Many PUBLIC LIBRARIES let you borrow e-books and audiobooks from Hoopla or OverDrive with your library card. If your local library doesn't use these online services, apply for a card with a public library near you that does. (ALSO some libraries have the LINK+ connection with other libraries, letting you borrow hard-to-find printed books that can be sent to and picked up at your local library.)
